Join us on Sunday, August 2nd 2026 from 9-10:30 AM for a heart-centered Yoga & Meditation experience designed to help you slow down & enter the new week feeling grounded.
This class is open to all experience levels, and beginners are encouraged. Attendees will also receive access to a wellness gifting table featuring curated self-care offerings to take home.
This event is hosted in collaboration with Blend Colorado, a women-owned third space that aligns with my mission to provide accessible community events and collective care. They have amazing food and coffee/matcha for your convenience after class! <3
A part of my mission as an Indigenous & Chicana movement guide is to practice sustainability & work with other businesses align. I am so excited to collaborate with fae&found for this event: a women owned mobile thrift closet that has the most gorgeous and cute pieces! Attendees will be able to shop and pick out an item (Included in ticket)
