Join us on Sunday 5/17 10-11:30AM for a heart-centered Yoga & Meditation. This class is open to all experiences and beginners are encouraged.
This class is hosted in collaboration with Blend Colorado, a women-owned third space rooted in community & connection. I’m grateful to be partnering with a space that aligns with accessible community events & collective care.
Space is limited. Please bring a yoga mat. A donation of $20 is requested. Sunday parking is free.
