Join us on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 9-10:15 AM for upbeat Mat Pilates Class / wellness experience designed to help you move energy & enter the new week feeling positivity energized!
This class is open to all experience levels, and beginners are encouraged. Attendees will also receive access to a wellness gifting table featuring curated self-care offerings to take home.
This event is hosted in collaboration with Blend Colorado, a women-owned third space that aligns with my mission to provide accessible community events and collective care. They have amazing food and coffee/matcha for your convenience after class! <3

Join me on August 30th from 9-10:15AM for an intentional wellness experience that includes a 60 minutes pilates class, free Alani, intentional wellness gifting table including skincare and other self care goodies!
Free parking on Sundays. Please come on time — we will promptly begin at 9AM.

This outdoor mat Pilates class is open to all experiences! Beginners welcomed!
💖For each ticket, we will buy one pack of menstrual products (a pack of pads or tampons) to donate to Mutual Aid Monday, a grassroots organization that provides resources and mutual aid to every Monday to unhoused folks in Denver.
After class, you can grab your favorite latte or drink from Migas Coffee, they will have their coffee cart ready for your order — (coffee not included in ticket price).

Refund policy: Tickets can be refunded within 48 hours via email, refunds will not be available after 48 hours of purchase.
Booking & Refund Policy
Public Events & Ticketed Classes
Guests may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [your email address]. After the 24-hour window has passed, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable.
If an event is canceled by the organizer, guests will receive the option of a full refund or event credit.
Private Events & Wellness Bookings
A 75% refund of the total booking fee may be requested within two (2) weeks of securing your private event booking. After the two-week period, all payments become non-refundable.
Private event bookings may be eligible for one reschedule request depending on availability and with sufficient notice. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
